fantastic experience
secure parkingearly check-incomfortable bed
i found the parking very easy and secure it was a definite plus. the staff allowed me to check in early and i greatly appreciated this after a long flight. the shower provided hot water and the beds were very comfortable to rest on.
i noticed the air conditioning was quite loud at times which was a bit of a bother.

the front desk staff assisted with a quick check-in process and provided warm cookies upon arrival which was a nice welcome. housekeepers addressed requests efficiently and maintained cleanliness throughout the stay. staff members were consistently helpful and polite

The air conditioning unit was quite the comedian, blowing air directly into my face all night. So considerate, right? The shower head also refused to be adjustable. It had one setting, 'surprise!

The hotel's proximity to Universal Studios was fantastic, a short walk across the bridge (, made mornings easy!). The on-site amenities were great. I especially appreciated the variety of food options, including the buffet and Starbucks. The pool and jacuzzi offered a relaxing space after a day at the parks.
I experienced low water pressure in the shower, made showering less refreshing. This issue detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay, and I hope it's something the hotel addresses.

The staff was very friendly and always available to assist, ensuring any requests were addressed quickly. The ability to check in early greatly helped after an early morning arrival ( I was very grateful).

peeling paintthin walls
The hotel was somewhat outdated, i saw peeling paint in the lobby ceilings. this was likely the loudest noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in. walls between guest rooms seemed thin and not insulated. You could hear everything next door. the room doors were not insulated or sealed properly, you could look right through the crease into the hallway.
